Overview
Healthcare facilities, nursing agencies, clinical candidates, and staffing vendors require synchronized shift scheduling, credential verification, and payroll billing. Fragmented software created double-bookings and delayed critical ICU nurse placements. We engineered Expedient VMS as a cohesive monorepo featuring four dedicated role-based portals (Admin, Client, Candidate, and Vendor) sharing a resilient Express and MySQL backend.
